The Rotary Wad Assembly machine is newly designed machine which offers high speed production. Caps are fed from Multi Spindle Knurling Machine with position and delivered to wad assembly machine. The wad are inserted in the cap by vacuum sucking. The machine is equipped with suitable electrical, control panel, vacuum pump, inspection conveyor and mechanical hopper for wads.

Multiple Spindle Knurling Machine is newly designed machine which offers high speed production. Caps are fed into the machine by feeder device unit in position and delivered to combination tool set and the complete cap come with single direction by taper shute and deliver to wad assembly machine. Wearing Parts such as knurling and perforated cutters can be quickly replaced, without any need to dismantle the whole unit. Photo cells in the feed and delivery channels provide regular cap inflow and outflow. The chuck are controlled by helical gear and feature a system for simple alignment of knurling tool.

The unit is fitted with electromagnetic motor, switch board, safety switch and one set of combination tool set of any size. Knurling cut on gear hob with fine cut and match with spindle ration,

Narendra offers dies for pilfer-proof caps, roll-on caps, crown caps, screw neck, nivea, pull of caps. All the die parts are made from special quality imported die steel properly hardened and ground finished for longer life. Pillars set is made from good quality E.N. steel duly stressed relieved and hand scraped. These dies are manufactured according to ISI standard specification (ISI : 8393-1977). The die is designed to cut, draw and trim in one operation.

Roll Feed Attachment
Narendra precision roll feed attachment is most suitable for automatic feeding the cutstrips in front of dies, It is therefore possible to punch out the caps from printed sheet very accurately. The strip is automatically transported forwarded after each stroke. The press accuracy is maintained by controlling pilot.

Narendra offers wide range of mechanical cap feeder devices such as groove feeder, centrifued feeder, step type feeder, rotary plug type etc. for different sizes and capacities to produce round draw shells to suit the customer's requirement.
