Working of Link Motion Press (NRLX - 160)
- The link motion press's entire reciprocal cycle has a high velocity
at approach, low during engagement and fast withdrawal, i. e. Slow
around the BDC, to reduce the impact of work piece suffered during
formation.
- With fast approaching and withdrawal velocity, the production speed
does not go down, but reduces the vibration and noise during blanking,
thus it prolongs the life of die, gives smooth cut face, reduces the
possibility of deterioration and replacement of die, which results in
high processing speed.
- Besides, with high power stored in fly wheel during drawing, the
process time is reduced, for various geometries.
